We continually listen using tools such as focus groups and surveys, alongside input from our affinity groups, to understand the wide range of experiences and barriers that our diverse colleagues face. And we hold ourselves accountable, with data and transparency at the heart of our strategy. This enables us to both measure progress and be honest with ourselves when the progress is not what it should be.<\/p>
And our commitment extends beyond our walls, utilizing our expertise on a wide range of global issues in collaboration with clients and other organizations.<\/p>
